We have been and are being tried by juries that have NO understanding of the "average reasoning man" of the Black Community. It is time that these cases be re-opened and re-tried by Black People so that the innocence of Black inmates can be determined by a jury of THEIR peers, as stated in the 14th amendment of the u.s. constitution. we as Black People shall then deal with our own people by granting freedom from incarceration to those whose re-trial has validated it, and deferring charges and sentences for those proven to be guilty by peers. We want amnesty for all Political Prisoners.
