THE BLACK RIDERS LIBERATION PARTY (BRLP) IS THE NEW GENERATION BLACK PANTHER PARTY, INITIALLY ORGANIZED 1996 IN LOS ANGELES AT THE A Y.T.S. GANG PRISONER UNIT BY FORMER BLOODS AND CRIPS.
THE OAKLAND CHAPTER WAS CREATED 2010, DURING THE STRUGGLE FOR JUSTICE FOR OSCAR GRANT, WHEN COMMUNITY ACTIVISTS FROM THE BAY AREA WENT DOWN TO L.A. TO OBSERVE THE TRIAL OF JOHANNES MEHSERLE (THE POLICE OFFICER WHO MURDERED OSCAR GRANT). IN TRAVELING BACK AND FORTH, MANY SEASONED AND NEW BAY AREA ACTIVISTS MET WITH THE BRLP, WHO WERE VERY ACTIVE IN THE JUSTICE MOVEMENT IN L.A. DURING THIS TRIAL.
THE COMRADES SAW A NEED TO CREATE AN ORGANIZATION, LIKE WHAT WE SAW IN L.A., IN OAKLAND, THE BIRTHPLACE OF THE ORIGINAL BLACK PANTHER PARTY.
IN 2010, AN OFFICIAL CHAPTER WAS FORMED, WITH A WEEKLY FEED THE PEOPLE PROGRAM IN WEST OAKLAND.
ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T FEAR FREEDOM!

Defend Comrade Jihad Mujahid Muhammad!

HOOD HEALTH (HOOD Improvement Program / HEALTH Organizing Project) -
Statement:
We are Hood Health. We are a community deeply affected by the neglect of a society that regards us as a problem to be dealt with, while we value ourselves as leaders in the solution. We are not being heard when we ask for help, so we are not asking anymore. We are demanding justice; we are demanding to be in control of our own health futures and that of our community.
 ur situation is the result of blatant racism, sexism, greed and exploitation at the highest levels. They poison our food, water, air and soil, destroy our planet and deny us employment and a decent education. Then, when we get sick and attempt to make ourselves well, they suppress and penalize us as though we were the criminals.
We work to change this- and to create collectively a society where life and individuals are valued and respected. We will not stop, we will not be silenced. Hood Health is about improving the health and health awareness of the people who are both shut out and abused by the corporate health-care system. It gives people the knowledge they need to make educated choices regarding their health. We will raise awareness regarding prevention and treatment for HIV/AIDS, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other ailments using alternative and traditional medicine, and develop
 people’s capacity to grow, share and eat healthful foods.
 Hood Health empowers people to manage their own care, and challenges health care professionals and providers to unite with the community. We will offer free health screenings for HIV/ AIDS, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other general health concerns.
 We want to develop a free Community Health Clinic. Hood Health puts control over healthcare in the hands of local communities. We will train community healthcare workers and then build a local clinic that can serve the people. Longer term, we are looking towards a People’s Hospital, predicated on breaking out of approaches based on charity, or a hierarchical medical system, towards a system based on community empowerment, organizing, and education.

The Game Green Program
Organized by the Black Rider Liberation Party & The Inter-Communal Solidarity Committee.
This is a proposal for the exchange of services, resources, participation and contributions between various networks and organizations that specialize in Urban Agriculture; (Farming, Gardening, and Forestry) Promoting and providing clean green energy alternatives and resources to the community, Holistic Health care alternatives, and environmental restoration projects.
The Black Riders Liberation Party’s Black Commune Program Article L states: "We Ride for an end to Environmental racism and to stop the Disruption of the earth’s ecological balance!"
We Ride because we believe that Amerikkkan industrial production has and is currently creating terrible environmental side effects locally, nationally, and internationally, especially in areas where black people live. Industrial Production causes pollution of air, land, and water which in turn lowers life expectancy of people. If the racist US industrialists refuse to do so then his industry should be taken and placed in the black community so that we can protect the environment and our people!
The operation and events we plan to put together with Game Green Program consists of but isn’t limited to:
* Guerrilla Greening/Gardening Operations
* Monthly Community Cleanup/Recycle Drives
* Urban Forestry Projects
* Public Presentations and Platforms on Holistic Health and Green Ecofriendly energy alternatives
* Camping and Nature Survival Projects
Lists of resources that can be contributed to put these programs and projects in the process toward progress include but aren’t limited to:
* Finances
* Transportation
* Fresh soil and Mulch
* Gardening utensils
* Buckets
* Seeds
* Street Cleaning utensils (trash bags, gloves etc.)
* Information about and Invitation to events that support Environmental Reconstruction and Holistic Heath care Projects
* Observation and Participation
This is NOT a Grant Proposal. We are not a non-profit organization. We are a Grassroots Community organization. We do not receive any aid from the city, state, federal government; nor any corporate business entities. We operate off of community support and the passion to serve our people.
The services The Black Riders Liberation Party has to offer in exchange for the resources to put this program together Include but aren't limited to:
* Loyalty & Solidarity,
* Access to vacant land lots through community approval,
* Support for your cause by promotion throughout our networks and media outlets,

BREAK THE LOCK
PRISON COMMUNICATION, EDUCATION AND TRANSPORTATION -

[www.facebook.com/BreakTheLockProgram]
Break The Lock applies the spirit of the "serve the people" survival programs of the original Black Panther Party for Self Defense to the 21st Century conditions of oppression faced by Black, Brown and other oppressed communities, in which mass incarceration--the new jim crow--is a key phenomena.
 Mass incarceration and the prison-industrial complex took off in the wake of the COINTELPRO attacks that killed, exiled or imprisoned key freedom fighters of the Black, Chicano-Mexicano, Puerto Rican, Indigenous, Asian and European-descent anti-imperialist movements. The long sentences, torture and isolation techniques developed against political prisoners have become extended throughout the prison system. They are being used as a preemptive basis against masses of Black, Brown and other youth, who represent a potential threat of social and political unrest in times of deprivation. Mass incarceration has also been used to disrupt families and whole communities. Break the Lock will help blunt the impact of these state strategies. The Prisoner Communications Project is archiving and publishing on the internet prisoner letters to the Black Riders Liberation Party and Turning the Tide. The Prisoners Revolutionary Education Project provides reading and educational materials and is in the process of digitizing many crucial works from the Black Liberation Struggle and other critical social, political, historical and economic analysis for subsequent distribution to prisoners. And the Family Transport to Prisoners (FTP) project will help incarcerated parents maintain contact with their kids, and family members to keep in communication with incarcerated children, spouses, partners and siblings. This will improve communication for the prisoners, as well as be a mechanism for communities to overcome the conditions the state had imposed and begin to organize for liberation and against the prison-industrial complex.

"BLACK COMMUNE PROGRAM: WHAT WE WANT AND WHAT WE BELIEVE"
by Black Riders Liberation Party:
WE RIDE FOR THE BLACK COMMUNE PROGRAM BECAUSE IT IS WHAT WE WANT AND BELIEVE.
A BLACK COMMUNE PROGRAM IS BUILT ON THE BELIEF OF SHARING AND MUTUAL COOPERATION BETWEEN ALL PEOPLE OF THAT COMMUNITY, WHICH BRINGS FORTH UNITY.
WHAT IS MINES IS YOURS AND WHATS YOURS IS MINE, OR “I AM BECAUSE WE ARE; AND BECAUSE WE ARE, THEREFORE I AM.”
THIS IS A BELIEF SYSTEM THAT BLACK PEOPLE HAVE HELD SINCE HUMAN EXISTENCE.  IT ALLOWED US TO RIDE OUT ANY STORM IN PERFECT UNITY.
THIS IS THE TYPE OF BLACK COMMUNITY WE RIDE FOR.

A: WE RIDE FOR TOTAL LIBERATION.
WE RIDE FOR POWER TO TAKE FULL DESTINY OF OUR BLACK COMMUNITY. WE WILL NOT BE LIBERATED AND FREE FROM OPPRESSION UNTIL WE TAKE FULL CONTROL OF OUR DESTINY.

B: WE RIDE TO PUT AN END TO THE THIEVERY BY THE CAPITALIST OF OUR BLACK COMMUNITY.

WE RIDE BECAUSE THE RACIST GOVERNMENT HAS STOLE FROM US, AND NOW WE DEMAND THE OVERDUE DEBT OF FORTY ACRES AND TWO MULES.  FORTY ACRES AND TWO MULES WAS PROMISED OVER 100 YEARS AGO AS RESTITUTION FOR SLAVE LABOR AND MASS MURDER OF BLACK PEOPLE.  WE WILL ACCEPT THE PAYMENT IN CURRENCY, WHICH WILL BE DISTRIBUTED, TO OUR COMMUNITIES. THE AMERIKKKAN RACIST HAS TAKEN PART IN THE SLAUGHTER OF OVER 50 MILLION BLACK PEOPLE, THEREFORE, WE RIDE TO MAKE SURE WE RECEIVE COMPLETE PAYMENT.

C:  WE RIDE FOR MAXIMUM AND COMPLETE EMPLOYMENT FOR OUR PEOPLE.
WE RIDE BECAUSE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE AND OBLIGATED TO GIVE EVERY PERSON EMPLOYMENT OR A GUARANTEED INCOME.  WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT IF THE AMERIKKKAN BUSINESSMEN WILL NOT GIVE FULL EMPLOYMENT, THEN THE MEANS OF PRODUCTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THE BUSINESSMEN, PLACED IN THE COMMUNITY, AND COMMUNIZED. THAT WAY, THE PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY CAN ORGANIZE AND EMPLOY ITS ENTIRE PEOPLE AND GIVE A HIGH STANDARD OF LIVING.

D:  WE RIDE FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT ALL ATTACKS ON SOCIAL REDEEMING HIP HOP RAP SONGS SHOULD STOP. THE 1ST AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION GIVES A RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH. DURING CHATTEL SLAVERY, THE BLACK SPIRITUALS PROVIDED US SONGS WITH SOCIAL REDEEMING QUALITIES. TODAY'S HIP HOP RAPS (CAN) PROVIDE US WITH SOCIAL REDEEMING QUALITIES BECAUSE CONSCIOUS RAPPERS HELP TO GUIDE US TO LIBERATION BY OUTLINING THE HORRIBLE PLIGHT THAT BLACK PEOPLE SUFFER IN THIS NEW ERA OF CRISIS

E:  WE RIDE BECAUSE WE DEMAND THE CASES OF ALL BLACK PEOPLE HELD CAPTIVE IN THE JAILS AND PRISONS OF AMERIKKKA BE REOPENED, RE-INVESTIGATED, AND RE-TRIED BY MEMBERS OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY.
WE RIDE BECAUSE WE FEEL THAT BLACK PEOPLE LIVING IN INCARCERATION HAVE BEEN TRIED UNFAIRLY BY THE U.S. JUSTICE DEPARTMENT.  WE HAVE BEEN DENIED THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY ONE'S PEERS RESULTING IN GUILTY VERDICTS FOR AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF INNOCENT BLACK PEOPLE.  WE HAVE BEEN AND ARE BEING TRIED BY JURIES THAT HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE "AVERAGE REASONING MAN" OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY.  IT IS TIME THAT THESE CASES BE RE-OPENED AND RETRIED BY BLACK PEOPLE SO THAT THE INNOCENCE OF BLACK INMATES CAN BE DETERMINED BY A JURY OF THEIR PEERS, AS STATED IN THE 14TH AMENDMENT OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION. WE AS BLACK PEOPLE SHALL THEN DEAL WITH OUR OWN PEOPLE BY GRANTING FREEDOM FROM INCARCERATION TO THOSE WHOSE RE-TRIAL HAS VALIDATED IT, AND DEFERRING CHARGES AND SENTENCES FOR THOSE PROVEN TO BE GUILTY BY THEIR PEERS. WE WANT AMNESTY FOR ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS.

F:  WE RIDE FOR DECENT HOUSING FIT FOR SHELTER OF HUMAN BEINGS.
WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT IF THE CAPITALISTS LANDLORDS WILL NOT GIVE DECENT HOUSING TO OUR BLACK COMMUNITY THEN THE HOUSING AND LAND SHOULD BE MADE INTO A COMMUNAL SO THAT OUR PEOPLE, WITH GOVERNMENT AID, CAN BUILD AND MAKE HOUSING FOR ITS PEOPLE.

G:  WE RIDE FOR EDUCATION FOR OUR PEOPLE THAT EXPOSES THE TRUE NATURE OF THIS DECADENT AMERIKKKAN SOCIETY.
WE RIDE FOR EDUCATION THAT TEACHES US OUR TRUE HISTORY AND OUR ROLE IN PRESENT DAY SOCIETY. WE BELIEVE IN AN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM THAT WILL GIVE TO OUR PEOPLE A KNOWLEDGE OF SELF.  IF A MAN DOES NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HIMSELF AND HIS POSITION IN SOCIETY AND THE WORLD, THEN HE HAS LITTLE CHANCE TO RELATE TO ANYTHING ELSE.

H:  WE RIDE FOR AN END TO THE DRUG PROBLEM.

WE RIDE BECAUSE WE DEMAND ALL THE FILES OF THE IRAN/CONTRA HEARINGS, AND INFORMATION REGARDING AID TO THE CONTRAS IN NICARAGUA, BE RELEASED TO THE BLACK COMMUNITY. THIS SHOULD BE DONE TO DETERMINE THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE INFLUX OF DRUGS INTO THE BLACK COMMUNITY DURING THE 1970'S AND 1980'S.  BLACK PEOPLE NEITHER OWN PLANES OR MANUFACTURING PLANTS NEED TO PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE DRUGS. WE BELIEVE THAT THE BEST WAY TO SOLVE THE DRUG PROBLEM IS TO FIND OUT HOW IT IS ENTERING OUR COMMUNITY SO WE CAN PUT A STOP TO IT.

I:  WE RIDE FOR ALL BLACK PEOPLE TO BE EXEMPT FROM MILITARY SERVICE.WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT BLACK PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE PUT IN FINANCIAL DEPRIVATION, CAUSING THEM TO BE FORCED TO FIGHT IN THE MILITARY SERVICE TO DEFEND A RACIST GOVERNMENT THAT DOES NOT PROTECT US.  WE WILL NOT FIGHT AND KILL OTHER PEOPLE OF COLOR IN THE WORLD WHO, LIKE BLACK PEOPLE, ARE BEING VICTIMIZED BY THE RACIST GOVERNMENT OF AMERIKKKA.  WE WILL PROTECT OURSELVES FROM THE FORCE AND VIOLENCE OF THE RACIST MILITARY BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY.

J:  WE RIDE FOR AN IMMEDIATE END TO POLICE BRUTALITY.WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE WE CAN END POLICE BRUTALITY IN OUR BLACK COMMUNITY BY ORGANIZING BLACK SELF-DEFENSE GROUPS DEDICATED TO DEFENDING OUR BLACK COMMUNITY FROM RACIST POLICE OPPRESSION AND BRUTALITY. THE 2ND AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION GIVES A RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. WE THEREFORE BELIEVE THAT ALL BLACK PEOPLE SHOULD ARM THEMSELVES FOR SELF DEFENSE

K:  WE RIDE FOR FULL MEDICAL ATTENTION THAT SHOULD BE GIVEN TO BLACK PEOPLE.WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT AMERIKKKAN CAPITALIST ECONOMICS IS TO BLAME FOR THE HIGH RATES OF DISEASE IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.  BLACK PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM LIFE THREATENING AILMENTS LIKE AIDS SHOULD NO LONGER BE LEFT TO THE MERCY OF LOW BUDGET COUNTY HOSPITALS. FOR WHATEVER ILLNESS ANY MEMBER OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY SUFFERS, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS OBLIGATED TO SEND THEM TO MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS THAT PROVIDE THE BEST TREATMENT.

L:  WE RIDE FOR AN END TO ENVIRONMENTAL RACISM AND TO STOP THE DISRUPTION OF THE EARTHS ECOLOGICAL BALANCE.WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT AMERIKKKAN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION HAS AND IS CURRENTLY CREATING TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL SIDE EFFECTS LOCALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY-- ESPECIALLY IN AREA'S WHERE BLACK PEOPLE LIVE.  INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION CAUSES POLLUTION OF AIR, LAND AND WATER, WHICH IN TURN LOWERS LIFE EXPECTANCY OF PEOPLE.  IF THE RACIST U.S. INDUSTRIALISTS REFUSE TO DO SO THEN HIS INDUSTRY SHOULD BE TAKEN AND PLACED IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY SO THAT WE CAN PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND OUR WON PEOPLE.

M:  WE RIDE FOR LAND, TECHNOLOGY, BREAD, HOUSING, EDUCATION, CLOTHING, MEDICAL CARE, JUSTICE, PEACE AND AN END TO ENVIRONMENTAL RACISM.WHEN IN THE COURSE OF HUMAN EVENTS, IT BECOMES NECESSARY FOR A PEOPLE TO DISSOLVE THE POLITICAL BANDS WHICH HAVE CONNECTED THEM WITH ANOTHER, TO ASSUME AMONG THE POWERS OF THE EARTH THE SEPARATE AND EQUAL STATION TO WHICH THE LAWS OF NATURE AND NATURE'S GOD ENTITLE THEM, A DECENT RESPECT TO THE OPINIONS OF MANKIND REQUIRES THAT THEY SHOULD DECLARE THE CAUSES WHICH IMPEL THEM TO THE SEPARATION.  WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF EVIDENT: THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL; THAT THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN UNALIENABLE RIGHTS; THAT AMONG THESE ARE LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.  THAT TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS, GOVERNMENTS ARE INSTITUTED AMONG MEN DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNMENT.  THAT WHENEVER ANY FORM OF GOVERNMENT BECOMES DESTRUCTIVE OF THESE ENDS, IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO ALTER OR ABOLISH IT, AND TO INSTITUTE A NEW GOVERNMENT; LAYING ITS FOUNDATION ON SUCH PRINCIPLES, AND ORGANIZING ITS POWERS IN SUCH FORM AS TO THEM SHALL SEEM MOST LIKELY TO EFFECT THEIR SAFETY AND HAPPINESS.  PRUDENCE, INDEED, DICTATE THAT GOVERNMENTS LONG ESTABLISHED SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED FOR LIGHT AND TRANSIENT CAUSES; AND, ACCORDINGLY, ALL EXPERIENCE HATH SHOWN THAT MANKIND ARE MORE DISPOSED TO SUFFER WHILE EVILS ARE SUFFERABLE.  THAN TO RIGHT THEMSELVES BY ABOLISHING THE FORMS TO WHICH THEY ARE ACCUSTOMED.  BUT WHEN A LONG TRAIN OF ABUSES AND USURPATION, PURSUING INVARIABLY THE SAME OBJECT EVINCES A DESIGN TO REDUCE THEM UNDER ABSOLUTE DESPOTISM, IT IS THEIR RIGHT, IT IS THEIR DUTY, TO THROW OFF SUCH GOVERNMENT AND TO PROVIDE NEW GUARDS FOR THEIR FUTURE SECURITY.

Note: BRLP is best known through their works in the community. Their People's Programs and advocacy for Justice is met with repression by State agencies (as has been seen in the examples of various other organizations and families of victims of State terror, especially throughout the past 5 years). Throughout it all, the BRLP is committed to practical non-violence and advocacy for the self-defense of the people, while building a community support network (as articulated in the "Black Commune Program").

2013-02-10 message, photograph and video from the "E da Ref", member of BRLP Oakland chapter:
TODAY THE BLACK RIDERS LIBERATION PARTY HAD 2 "SPARE THE MOMENT" COMMUNITY FEEDS IN THESE OAKLAND STREETS.
THE 1ST ONE WAS IN WEST OAKLAND (30TH ST.& SAN PABLO)
WE FED 30-50 PEOPLE AND GAVE A PUBLIC PRESENTATION ON THE BLACK COMMUNE PROGRAM PLANKS A-M.
THE FASCIST PIGS RODE BY STARING IN DISGUST, THE BLACK RIDERS WITH PARTICIPATION OF THE COMMUNITY RESPONDED WITH AN "OINK OINK BANG BANG!" AND THE PIGS WENT ON ABOUT THEY BUSINESS.
THE 2ND ONE TOOK PLACE IN EAST OAKLAND (85TH AVE & E.14)
WE FED 15-20 PEOPLE AND CHOPPED POLITICS WITH THE BROTHAS ON THE BLOCK.
THE PIGS CAME THRU AND BEAMED THEIR LIGHTS IN EVERYONE'S FACES; BUT THEIR TERROR TACTICS FAILED TO DISRUPT, DISTURB, NOR DISTRACT US FROM ACCOMPLISHING OUR MISSION WHICH WAS TO FEED THE COMMUNITY WITH NOURISHMENT, STRENGTH, AND KNOWLEDGE.
THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES. ALL POWER 2 THE PEOPLE!!!

2013-01-22 UPDATE FROM THE INCIDENT AT FREMONT HIGH SCHOOL in OAKLAND, CA TUESDAY:
 ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING THE BLACK RIDERS LIBERATION PARTY PREVENTED A RIOT AND AN ALL ON ASSAULT FROM THE PIG OCCUPYING ARMY AT FREMONT HIGH SCHOOL WHILE ONLY TWO DEEP.
THERE WAS A FIGHT AT THE SCHOOL AND UNFORTUNATELY THE PETITE BOURGEOISIE TEACHERS FIRST REACTION WAS TO CALL THE PIGS.
THE BRLP SPRUNG INTO ACTION STOPPING THE FIGHT AND INFORMING THE YOUNGSTAS TO TELL THE PIGS IF THEY AREN'T BEING ARRESTED OR DETAINED THEY NEED TO GET THERE HANDS OFF OF THEM.
ALL OF THIS DISPROVES WHAT SOME OF THE TEACHERS WERE SAYING ABOUT THESE "SAVAGE KIDS WHO ARE OUTTA CONTROL".
IF JUST TWO BLACK RIDERS CAN PREVENT A RIOT OF TWO HUNDRED STUDENTS THEN THE YOUTH ARE NOT OUTTA CONTROL SAVAGES THEY JUST NEED PROPER GUIDANCE FROM SOMEONE WHO CAN RELATE TO THEM, SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN THERE POSITION OF FEELING ALONE WITHOUT POSITIVE ROLE MODELS.
A COUPLE OF YOUNGSTAS WERE ASSAULTED AND WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE BRUISES.
WE WILL BE SHARING MORE INFO SOON AND MOBILIZING THE COMMUNITY RESPONSE TO THIS TERRORISM THEY INFLICT ON OUR CHILDREN!
POWER TO THE PEOPLE

2013-01-21 BRLP in Vallejo:
Having heard of the harassment and death-threats by the Police agencies against the People of Vallejo who speak out for Justice, as an act of solidarity, the BRLP arrived from Oakland to act as eyes for the witnesses of Police violence and murder, in case the police or a hired agent might seek to disrupt the gathering with arrests. BRLP stood at attention on both sides of the gathering in front of the Vallejo Police HQ building, watchful for threats to the children, elders and mothers. During the gathering, a stray pit-bull dog entered the area. Immediately the BRLP members attended to the dog despite the danger, as the dog had come within striking distance of a young girl. "Black Riders Liberation Party Watch a Pig MLK Day on MLK Way Oakland" [youtube.com/watch?v=hBDjJEHGRx8]:
Jan. 20th, 2013 - Black Riders Liberation Party recognized MLK Day with a "Watch a Pig" action at 27th and MLK Way in Oakland, Ca. The Black Riders' were cheered on by residents and neighbors who were estatic about seeing disciplined Black men defending the community against what is often criminal police violence. The Black Riders' observed a Ca. Highway Patrol Officer making a traffic stop and demanded and received the officer's name and badge number. They video and audio recorded the stop and remained on the scene with the civilian driver and passenger until two Highway Patrol cars left. The Black Riders' then shared a "meet and greet" session, with the people, exchanging information and expressing unity in the common fight against police brutality.

"New Year's Eve Noise Demonstration Against Incarceration, Oakland"
December 31st, 2012 by Dave Id [link]: For the second New Year's Eve in a row, nearly two hundred people chose to forgo traditional evening indoor parties and instead demonstrated in the streets of Oakland against the racist prison industrial complex. Gathering in Oscar Grant plaza before marching to Alameda's North County jail, formerly known as the Glenn Dyer Detention Facility, music boomed and speakers included anti-prison advocates from Oakland's latino, black, muslim, and queer communities, Occupy Oakland's Anti-Repression Committee, the Black Riders, and anarchists of color. After a noisy march with a sound system down Broadway, a symbolic attack was made against the jail by a barrage of fireworks shot high into the air towards the jailhouse walls. Inmates responded to the show of light and sound by intermittently blocking the light in the narrow windows of their cells, signaling their recognition of the solidarity action below. Participants marched back to the plaza in time for the midnight count down to 2013 right in the middle of the intersection of 14th & Broadway.

2012-12-16 message from Servant Of The People:
APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN 2PM AND 4PM ON DECEMBER 15TH 2012 THE VAN THAT THE BRLP COMRADES DROVE UP TO THE BAY AREA IN WAS STOLEN.
THIS HAPPENED WHILE THE VAN WAS LEGALLY PARKED ON E.12TH AND 23RD AVE BY THE OAKLAND OCCUPYING ARMY.
WE WERE ATTENDING THE EVERY 36 HOURS EVENT AT THE EASTSIDE ARTS ALLIANCE AND THE COMRADES FROM THE LOS ANGELES CHAPTER CAME TO THE BAY AREA IN SUPPORT OF THE OAKLAND CHAPTER.
THE CAR IS REGISTERED TO A LADY FRIEND OF 1 OF THE COMRADES FROM THE LA CHAPTER.
WHEN SHE CALLED THE OAKLAND POLICE TO FIND OUT WHY THE CAR WAS TOWED THE POLICE TOLD HER IT WAS BEING INVESTIGATED FOR GANG ACTIVITY (IN LOS ANGELES MIND U)!!!?!!!
WHEN THE COMRADES CALLED BACK INQUIRING WHETHER OR NOT THIS WAS "LEGAL" THE POLICE RECANTED THEIR STATEMENT SAYING THAT IT WAS TOWED BECAUSE IT WAS PARKED IN THE RED.
THIS STATEMENT WAS DISPROVED BY THE 8 COMRADES WHO RODE IN IT AND WITNESS THE PARKING JOB.
DUE TO OUR SECURITY PROTOCOL WE ALWAYS PARK LEGALLY ESPECIALLY WHEN MOVING IN A LARGER GROUP THAN USUAL.
WE DID NOT PARK IN THE RED AND IT SOUNDS VERY ILLEGAL FOR POLICE IN OAKLAND TO BE TOWING A CAR ALLEGEDLY UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR "GANG ACTIVITY" IN LOS ANGELES.
UNFORTUNATELY THIS COMRADE WHO WAS ABLE TO USE THIS CAR HAD TO CASH OUT $450 TO GET HIS LADY FRIENDS CAR BACK AND HAD TO CUT THE MISSION SHORT TO GET HOME AND REPLACE THE MONEY THE SYSTEM STOLE FROM US IN THE FIRST PLACE!
OUR STUDY OF DIALECTICS TEACHES US TO TAKE THESE LUMPS WITH A SMILE BECAUSE WE KNOW EVERY CONTRADICTION IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO EDUCATE AND ORGANIZE THE PEOPLE.
AS WELL AS A CONTINUED SIGN OF THE PIGS FEAR OF THE THREAT WE REPRESENT EVEN AT THIS INFANTILE STAGE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STRUGGLE.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO PUT OUR BODIES ON THE LINE TO CAPTURE THE IMAGINATION OF THE "UNORGANIZEABLE" AND WE WILL NOT BE SLOWED DOWN BY THIS POO BUTT ATTEMPT BY THE OAKLAND PIGS TO NEUTRALIZE OUR RESOURCES. SHEEEIIIT NIGGA WHEN U SLEEP ON THE FLOOR HOW U GONE FALL OUTTA BED!?!
SUPPORTED ONLY BY THE PENNIESZ NICKELS AND DIMES OF THE PEOPLE WE HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO WORK TO TRANSFORM OUR BLACK COMMUN(E)ITY AND BUILD INTERCOMMUNAL SOLIDARITY WITH THOSE UNAFRAID TO BLEED BECAUSE OF THE POOLS WE HAVE ALREADY SHED.
 WE WILL BE MOBILIZING FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS TO TRY TO RAISE THE $450 THE FASCIST STATE STOLE FROM US.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING WITH WHATEVER YOUR CAN PLEASE DO.
I KNOW FOR SOME PEOPLE WHO MIGHT HAVE MORE ACCESS TO THESE KIND OF RESOURCES THIS MIGHT NOT SEEM LIKE ALOT OF MONEY BUT FOR THOSE WHO ARE PUSHED OUT OF THE JOB MARKET AND REFUSE TO BACKSLIDE INTO ILLEGITIMATE KKKAPITALISM THIS BLOW HURTS.
IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THIS WORK THAT CAN'T EASILY BE ILLUSTRATED THROUGH MATERIAL STATISTICS WE MUST STILL BE ABLE TO EAT AND SURVIVE IN SPITE OF THE PIGS CONSISTENT REACTIONARY CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AGAINST US.
FOR MORE INFO ON THIS REPRESSIVE ATTACK WILL BE POSTED SOON.
 ZALUTE AND GRATITUDE TO THE COMRADES Earl Black AND Jessica Citlali Ruiz OF THE NATIONAL BROWN BERETS FOR PROVIDING LAST MINUTE TRANSPORTATION UNTIL WE COULD GET THE VAN FREE!
 IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DONATE TO HELP US REPLACE THE MONEY STOLEN WITH WHATEVER KIND OF SUPPORT, MONETARY OR WHATEVER MEANS AVAILABLE TO YOU PLEASE INBOX ME YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF FACEBOOK. OR EMAIL ME AT 2servethapeople (@gmail.com) OR CALL COMRADE SHANGO at 925 752 1215.

2013-03-19 "Community & Labor Self-defense political strike organizing"
Laney Student Center (located just off the main quad), [900 Fallon Street, Oakland, CA 94607]
Tuesday, 6 to 9pm
It is time for an organizing drive to unite Labor Unions and Community Justice campaigns towards self-defense against attacks by the state. They kill or lock us up, we shut them down with People's Pickets, defense guards, and a general strike!
Called for by "Labor, Black & Brown" solidarity organization

2013-02 photograph showing LB&B outreaching, talking and chopping it up towards building a community-labor alliance with ILWU Local 10 members at their hiring hall, with family members of victims of police terror and violence, including the "Justice for Mario Romero" and "Justice for Jared" campaigns of Vallejo:

2013-02-25 message from "ILWU - Local 10" President Michael Villeggiante [local10president (@bayarea.net]:
To the Romero family -
At our February 21 union meeting my members voted to support the justice for Mario Romero foundation and we stand in solidarity with the Romero family and all the rest of the families that their loved ones have been fatally killed. The international Longshore warehouse union local 10 demand a full and transparent investigation of Mario's Romero killing, and that the Vallejo police and Solano County Dist. Atty. open up a full investigation on these killings.
Sincerely Michael Villeggiante, president ILWU local 10
---
Message from "Labor, Black and Brown" solidarity organizer Topaz DuBois to "ILWU - Local 10":
Thank you ILWU Local 10 for your impressive shining presence at yesterday's "Union" Press Conference, outside Vallejo City Hall.
We salute all of the ILWU Local 10 for standing in solidarity alongside the Families and supporters of Mario Romero, Jared Huey, Jeremiah Moore, Anton Barrett, Ernesto Duenas, Guy Jarreau, and Alan Blueford.
We were also joined by Indigenous People, Labor Black and Brown, Black Riders, Poor Magazine, Omega Boys and Girls Club members, OZCAT Radio, and rank and file (members of the following unions) SEIU Local 1021 Unionists, Drywall/lathers Local 68L, Transport Workers Union Local 250A, and AFSCME Local 444.
 Your solidarity was felt by the children of these families and four year old Dasani, Mario's nephew (the one who spoke after Mario was murdered and witnessed his Uncle's murder: "What do I tell my niece [Mario's daughter] when she cries for her Daddy at night?") got to meet Frank Gaskin (ILWU Local 10, B.A.) and give him a big handshake.
Jared Huey's five year old brother Johnny felt safe with ILWU as he stood with his Dad holding a sign.
I share this-- because it was the first time that Johnny talked to adults in public since his brother was murdered by the Vallejo police June 30.
And Mario's daughter got to be there with her mother.
These families got to meet the ILWU. We saw that you were there to actively participate in the protection and defense of us, especially our children.
It was a historic day. The seed for uniting the community with the power and muscle of labor has sprouted here in Vallejo. We are not alone. We are One. It was a good day.
 Thank you for staying through the end after the Vallejo Police, County Sheriff's, American Canyon police were called by Mayor Davis' Vallejo City Government in an attempt to intimidate,harass,instigate an incident with batons drawn.
The same Mayor Davis who had me seized by Vallejo Police, and pulled off the podium midway into my democratic right to speak on November 13, where a young African American was arrested for defending my Constitutional right to speak, as I had followed all protocol: (See Youtube Link: laborblackbrown).
The valiant crew of ILWU Local 10 men and women were disciplined, organized and effective.
We look forward to returning to ILWU Local 10 as the families were impressed by the courage, strength and organization shown. Plus it was a breath of fresh air for all.
 The media will probably disappear the truth, but our legacy was honored to have ILWU Local 10 present. (See Link to today's Vallejo Times-Herald: [http://www.timesheraldonline.com/ci_22675814/protesters-briefly-take-over-vallejo-city-council-chambers])
United We Stand-- Divided We Fall-- An Injury to One is An Injury to All!

2011-09

LBB's announcement and explanation of their affiliation with the HRWS...
Next Labor Black & Brown Meeting: Tuesday, May 7, 2013. 6:00pm, Laney Colleg Student Center, 4th floor.
LBB is on the left-revolutionary-wing of the workers movement. We have worked with and had association with 3 political organizations, the Pan African People's Reuinfication Party, the Black Riders, and Humanist Workers (HWRS).
We have had the pleasure of sharing joint struggle with the Justice for Rahiem Brown Ctte., the Kenneth Harding Jr. Foundation, the Oscar Grant Foundation, the Sean Gillis Support Ctte, and various, honorable independent radical and revolutionaries.
We note the absence of most of the American "left". LBB has gotten the isolation - throttle treatment. The reformist misleaders and their reformist organizations wish and work to make us go away.
They may get their wish. We have been fighting for our existence, since LBB's inception. It is not easy to be in an organization that is villified by opportunists and ignoramuses. Back-talked and microphone-proofed. For seasoned communists, this is the "cost of business", the stacked playing board, if you will. For newer political people this is a hard regimen to abide.
I have found seasoned communist co-thinkers with HWRS. Labor Black & Brown is not, will not become a "front group". That is the unhealthy, unprincipled and historical practice of the "left" and so-called "socialists".
HWRS is opposed to this manipulative practice. LBB has always been open for anybody to join. This is still the case. Most of the "left" and chameleon pretenders are not attracted to an open, revolutionary-oriented organization championing Black, Brown and workers rights and POWER.
Our next meetings will determine what type of organizational and political form should serve this agenda.
Or will determine if Labor Black & Brown becomes a viable organization.
So please read the attachment, LBB's beginnings.
We need to determine our direction and political character in 2013 and beyond

"Black and Brown Workers’ Solidarity -- Justice for Oscar Grant"
A Statement by Labor, Black, Brown committee members (formerly of the Oscar Grant Committee) Topaz, Charles, Toussaint, Christina, Cesar, Julio, issued November 23, 2010:
We have regrettably decided to withdraw from the OGC.
“Justice for Oscar Grant" advocates of “Labor, Brown, and Black power to shut the city down” are being systematically ‘shut down’.
Lately, small-minded bureaucratic players, personified by the [OGC Outreach subcommittee], went too far. A thorough, documented account will be forthcoming. For now, we will share a few of our observations of the OGC meeting of Nov. 16.
We will continue the struggle for “Justice for Oscar Grant”. We will carry on to help mobilize the workers and community to “Shut the City Down.” We intend on finding those forces to make this happen. We shall not be moved.
A footnote on the alleged “disruptions”: What is meant by “disruptions”? For now, instead of slogging through the entirety of this loaded and prejudicial tract, we will draw attention to 2 allegations:

1) “This behavior began at the beginning of the meeting when one of the disruptors voiced his disapproval about what he felt was an undemocratic self-appointment by the chair of the meeting.” [Quote from OGC Outreach subcommittee member's e-mail]
We ask: Did the so-called “disruptor” (Toussaint) raise his hand and then speak when recognized? What other means does [OGC Outreach subcommittee member's e-mail] suggest that one take when they detect an undemocratic self-appointment? The so-called “disruptor” (Toussaint) had already expressed these misgivings (with no effect!) to the OGC chairperson via e-mail on Nov. 13.

2) “…This person [Toussaint] felt that, not only was the leaflet bad. The way it was printed before being discussed by the whole committee was undemocratic.”
Again we ask: Did the so-called “disruptor” raise his hand, and speak when recognized? Did he “disrupt” the proceedings? Again, what should one do about your admitted “undemocratic procedure? A leaflet produced by the OGC should be discussed and approved by the OGC. Otherwise – it's undemocratic!
[OGC Outreach subcommittee member's] e-mail spreads confusion by saturating his text with variations of the word “disruption”. We would like to remind one that Goebbels -- the propaganda architect of the Nazi program of Hitler's fascist machine -- said that if you repeat a lie over and over again people will begin to believe you. Likewise, the pro-police media emulates Goebbels in smearing Oscar Grant. We do not take "tags" lightly. We are the voices that the slanderers of disinformation want shut down.
The “bad” draft leaflet was actually a finished leaflet (1,000 had already been printed). It was presented to the OGC of Nov. 16 meeting as an accomplished fact. (Another so-called “proactive” move, we suppose). Compare the leaflet headline and conception of [OGC Outreach subcommittee] to the leaflet headline and conception that we proposed.

(Their conception):
Drop the Charges!
Show your outrage against state terror and police lies,
Join us for a demonstration at the D.A.’s office

(Our conception)
Justice for Oscar Grant! Drop the Charges against the 152 Arrested -
We condemn the Police Attack on Protesters who were arrested!
We salute the S.F. Central Labor Council for taking the lead in condemning this attack.

This kind of approach -- one that mobilizes our allies to effect -- seems beyond the small-minded bureaucratic and reformist approach of the “sub-committee”.
The “draft" flyer missed the key issues: The Oscar Grant Committee was formed as a means to fight for Justice for those murdered by the racist police and State. The world saw that Oscar Grant was murdered by BART policeman Mehserle. It is key, that the voices of those who are the targets of such murderous assaults be heard. It is key, that in defending our right to self-defense, Black and Brown people especially need the kind of power shown by the ILWU-led longshore call to the community and others: An Injury to One is An Injury to All! On Oct. 23, key ports in the Bay Area were shut down in protest of the cold-blooded murder of young Oscar Grant. We seek to carry this show of power, in defense of the Black and Brown communities further by shutting down the City.
At the Tuesday, November 16 meeting, [OGC Outreach subcommittee] wanted to shove down our throats a “draft” flyer that was disgustingly “race neutral.” This leaflet also tagged the Oscar Grant Committee as being “we,” a part of the “runaway march”. This is significant, as it opens the door for the State to then add additional charges to the protesters and also to target the OGC. It implies that the OGC had knowingly taken part in the “runaway march,” as opposed to the OGC noting that a “runaway march” is a predictable consequence of any protest-- particularly following the white-supremacist court’s fake sentencing of Mehserle, giving him less than a “slap on the wrist” as well as a license for Police Departments to kill any Black or Brown person, because in the eyes of the State our lives mean nothing.
Oscar Grant’s life does matter to Black and Brown people around the world. The Oakland Police Department murdered Derrick Jones just 3 days after Judge Perry issued his white-supremacist ruling in favor of Mehserle, giving the police a green light to carry out murders. Nothing about this recent atrocity is mentioned in the “draft”. This is atrocious because the family of slain barber, Derrick Jones, expressed interest in joining their fight with those fighting for Oscar Grant. This is intelligent and encouraging. We will note in passing that it is fortunate that we (who have been smeared with the label of being “disruptors”) attended the funeral of Derrick Jones. We also put our solidarity into action by joining the town hall meeting that followed the funeral. We are happy to have saved the OGC from appearing too small-minded to show the support the family asked for.
[OGC Outreach subcommittee's] flyer has nothing to offer to our Brown and Black working-class community, which now more than ever needs to see their allies like the ILWU step up to the plate to shut the city down. The flyer buried any connection to the powerful ILWU-led protest and does not even mention the SF Labor Council’s Condemnation of the Police Attack. The flyer’s ignoring of the welcome presence of labor as an ally-- is glaring. It means that even those facing “charges” are being isolated from a very powerful ally. It means that those arrested are put on the front line to face the attack by themselves. How “small-minded”! It boggles our sensibilities that these folks cannot see workers’ power as exampled by the Oct. 23 rally and port shutdown. We must use every opportunity to educate the masses with a concrete example! We must share this concrete action so that the rest of the working class and its communities can follow this example.
The anonymous flyer did not name the “Oscar Grant Committee” as its sponsor! Who -- what organization -- is asking the people’s participation and support? Why should any Oakland resident risk following the lead of an unsigned leaflet? Why would any arrestee risk his/her neck again responding to an unsigned leaflet, that they can’t even contact to verify? People were subjected to a real police trap. We are constantly subjected to the pro-police lies and orchestrated vilification by the corporate media. An arrestee might think this unsigned flyer is perhaps another trap. But the OGC “sub-committee,” living in their tiny bubble, didn’t seem to think this omission important enough to correct. The flyer didn’t even have a phone number, or ‘labor donated’ on it. So anyone wishing to help, or calling for info are snubbed by [OGC Outreach subcommittee] “No time to worry about that bit of disruptive intellectualism, they had already printed 1,000” – “How dare you naughty ‘disruptors’ suggest we destroy them and do it right!” It is this type of insincere and mindless activism approach which throws away a very hard-earned momentary victory for Oakland, and Brown and Black people in particular, who have more to lose than anyone.
We suspect that these small-minded activists, schooled in the insular mind set of talking to themselves, don’t take the masses seriously. The standard details of contact info, identification of who is responsible for the leaflet produced are the ABC’s to serious activists.
This flyer could not be given to any serious Unionist who would see through folks that posture with words like ‘bullshit’, and who print leaflets without a union bug or ‘labor donated’. The flyer’s “f--- the police” comment is not the Oscar Grant Committee’s call: The ILWU Rally’s call was “Justice for Oscar Grant” and “An Injury to One is An Injury to All" -- never was it “f--- the police”. What we need now is to go further and organize to shut the City down! Does Gerald’s sub-committee agree?
In short, we pose “No business as usual!” In contrast, the fake flyer proposes monkey business as usual and more arrests and isolation from our allies of the labor movement. We already know that Oakland’s newly re-organized Police Department uses a black puppet (Chief Batts) who conspired to stage and cage protesters for arrests. Likewise, it is our time to organize real power:
Black and Brown Ready to Fight: Workers of the World Unite!
Justice for Oscar Grant! The Struggle Continues! Shut the City Down!

Brown Riders Liberation Party (Defunct)

This webapge is kept to inspire the People to consider the power of a disciplined community defense group operating within a pluri-national alliance to defeat imperialism with the New Afrikan (Black) and European Settler (White) People of California!

Unfortunately, as of 2012, the Brown Riders Liberation Party is no longer being organized.

Communique by Comrade Meztli Yaotl
published in 2011-01 "Turning the Tide" newspaper:
Brown Riders Liberation Party [PO Box 73688, Los Angeles, CA 90003] [somostodos@riseup.net] [323.839.7454]
In the spirit of the Black Panthers and the Brown Berets, a new revolutionary group for the people has been born, the Brown Riders Liberation Party. In full alliance with the Black Riders Liberation Party, we have come together to unify our Brown and Black brothers and sisters during this urgent time in which the fascist state is attacking from every corner. With the resurgence of White Nationalism and White Supremacist groups, coupled with the support of the state’s anti-migrant, antibrown stance, and unparalleled police brutality, we must come together to defeat this monster.
For centuries past and present, our people, both Brown and Black, have been viciously oppressed. They have been murdered, raped, enslaved, forcibly assimilated, lynched, and robbed of their most sacred. For centuries past and present, our people have fought and defended our own when the enemies have come to our gates. Today, more than ever before, it is essential that we fight the circumstances under which we lie. Like our revolutionary brothers and sisters before us—such as Shaka Zulu, Emiliano Zapata, Malcolm X, the Black Liberation Army, Pancho Villa, Montezuma, Comandante Ramona, and Che Guevara, and countless, nameless, faceless others—we must look past what society has offered us as reality, what society has offered us as our only choice, and come to terms with what has been placed before us. The fact stands: WE ARE AT WAR!
Our rights and dignity as human beings have been essentially denied through the advent of SB 1070 in Arizona. SB 1070 is testimony to this Nation’s objective to EXTERMINATE our people, as blatant racism is now (and has been) part of this country’s policy against the people, upon whose backs this nation was built. SB 1070 specifically calls for racial profiling, requesting that anyone suspected
 of being an “illegal“ (Brown), show three forms of identification, proof of their citizenship (which, in this country, most times, means proof of our right to dignity).
This is the beginnings of an openly fascist state, where now you must present papers, just as Slaves back in the day had to prove their status in society. Except now, those without are not taken back to their slave masters, but held in detention camps indefinitely or transported to an unknown locale south of the border.
Backed by the Immigration Customs Enforcement and Border Control, the Minutemen, (a Neo-Nazi militia), patrols the borders while maiming, torturing and murdering all those they deem illegal aliens. This is an act of genocide disguised as U.S. Patriotism, where essentially, racists are legitimized by an illegitimate state to commit mass murder on our people. We must stand up and reclaim what is ours. Genocide is an act of war!
Furthermore, everyday, a protracted war of genocide is enacted on both Black and Brown locally, in our communities. The police, AKA, THE PIGS, are the main culprits. Police brutality is rampant in our communities. The recent deaths of Manuel Jaminez, Oscar Grant, Carlos Riviera and De’Andre Brunston are a sure reminder (De’Andre Brunston, by the way, was brutally machine-gunned
 down in front of a house, left to die on the door steps for an hour, while THE PIGS airlifted their K-9 unit they sent to attack him, within only minutes). With these deaths, an echo was sent forth like a rolling thunder through out the community: a reminder for those that have become complacent. We are reminded that even in the present, our lives still mean nothing to them.
We are reminded that la policia isn’t here to help us, to protect or serve us… and historically, they never have. They are here to protect the wealthy, the elite and capital. We are reminded that racism is not over as they continue to beat us, lynch us, killing us in cold blood, with no remorse and no accountability, even in the wake of the first Black President! We are reminded that we are just as much citizens as we were when we were trapped on the plantations picking cotton, building railroads, and getting slaughtered off by the millions trying to protect the lands that were stolen from us and that we were stolen from, all to build their empire, which has stretched around the world with the same effects! We must realize our true histories, and how our pasts are intertwined and bound by the roots, through blood, solidarity, bullet proof love and revolution.
The time has come for disunity between our people to end. The main strategy of COINTELPRO is to neutralize threats of dissidence. “Divide and conquer” is one of the most effective strategies used to disrupt resistance movements. “Divide and conquer” is what they use to maintain these towers of oppression to keep us enslaved and complacent with our oppressor, yet enraged at our brothers and sisters whom we desperately need to make revolution possible. We stay so fixated on fighting our family, that we leave ourselves vulnerable to attack from the oppressor who is left untouched and unnoticed like a mosquito on the wall waiting to spread its disease.
We stand at polarized ends listening to the lies that they spread to us about ourselves and never question the reality of things. “Illegals are stealing our jobs!” “Black people are just too lazy.” Reality is, Capitalism always creates classism, so the poor and unemployed are a symptom of an ongoing issue. “Illegals are hurting the economy by contributing nothing and leeching off of Federal Programs that our taxes pay!” When reality stands that, America purposely neglects the poor, aid and welfare programs provided. Even more so, many of us provide labor for wages that are only a fraction of what employed U.S. citizens would earn, saving corporations millions and boosting the U.S. economy as a consequence of our own exploitation.
“Illegals don’t belong here. Go back to where you came from!” When reality is that, from the tip of North America, to the bottom of South America, we were always here, and long before any European. For instance, Amerigo Vespucci, whom America is named after, or Christopher Columbus, who “discovered“ a continent already inhabited with millions of people, who neither needed or desired to be “discovered.” We were here long before Europeans set foot on this continent, let alone before they conceptualized that the earth was round and far larger than the small and incomplete world they lived in. Europeans are the real “illegal immigrants” who raped our people and stole and pillaged our lands at the taking, just to turn around about 500 years later and say “We must reclaim the Southwest. ‘THEY’ are taking over!”
The time has come to reclaim our histories, our culture, our GOD, our tongues, and our DIGNITY. We can’t sit by idly and watch this world crumble and die while the greedy of this world do all that they can to remain on top and destroy all that breathes. We don’t have a choice. Our future generations are depending on us, just as we have depended on our ancestors to reach this point in time.
Our ancestors did not die in vain over the middle passage and all the countless wars and battles they fought to keep our legacies, our humanity, and our spirits intact. We have an obligation to do all that we can to preserve life. You either ride or you die. Simple as that. As Zapata put it, “I would rather die on my feet, than live on my knees”. We must ride for our people, as Malcolm X said, “BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!” That’s for damn sure!

WE RIDE FOR THE IMMEDIATE END TO POLICE BRUTALITY AND MURDER OF BROWN PEOPLE. WE RIDE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE WE CAN END POLICE BRUTALITY IN OUR BROWN COMMUNITY BY ORGANIZING BROWN SELF-DEFENSE GROUPS DEDICATED TO DEFENDING OUR BROWN COMMUNITY FROM RACIST POLICE OPPRESSION AND BRUTALITY. THE 2ND AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION GIVES A RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. WE BELIEVE THAT ALL BROWN PEOPLE SHOULD ARM THEMSELVES FOR SELF-DEFENSE THE SAME RACIST DOG THAT BIT YOU, BIT US TOO! WE MUST MASS TOGETHER TO KILL THAT RACIST DOG! ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!
